Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email for you to download and print at home.

Securely pack your Beachwaver tool and any accessories in the original box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all components are included.

Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
